DuPont has developed a proprietary solution-based printing technology that efficiently dispenses liquid OLED materials that it has developed to optimize display yields and performance. The process is designed to significantly cut production costs for television-sized displays when compared to the current methods of producing AMOLED or LCD displays.

@Sp1kerPistol Maybe the reason is that the U.S companies offer such large salaries that most of the educated people from eastern countries relocate here for a better quality of life? I'm 100% sure that the team that developed this had many indains / asians. Much like every other major advance made in the united states.

At what resolutions will this technology be available at? By next year, 2k and 4k will start to come out, if this is a 1080p solution, it will be a hard sale.
