Safe? Not! Smart? Not! Yep, there is a nice big propane tank on a very close oblique to their line of fire. Too many fantast games. By 0:06 into the video it was apparent that these juveniles were up to no good.

it's just speed up, no mods to the guns, just the film... plus modding a gun would make it full auto but not faster in semi auto, it's as fast as you can pull the the trigger =/
