Cool concept, but the vid is too long with too much shaky camera movement. I like the first tune a lot and thought it fit perfectly. So the first 4 minutes are great.

sometimes, depends on the technique and your condition, shin aching happens more often on tarmac downhills.

:) he was triathlonist, than he did some bodybuilding, later he started kayaking, and this was filmed in a kayakers' training camp.
he never was a sprint runner.
