I would advise no one to go to the bluerooms etc it is a portfolio scam! you don't even need a portfolio to do modelling they need to meet you in person then take a few snapshots for free. Besides if you have that much potential and a modelling agency think you could make them money then they'd pay for a portfolio if you actually need one. You can tell by looking at the blue rooms photos that they don't know what they're doing models do not do these cheesy poses!

When I went last year, I really did enjoy it very much (:

and did buy a few photos. And they were very friendly (:

But, I got into a modelling agency, and this wasn't because of the photos what I had done, a snapshot was just it. (thats what they attend to want personally :) But basically it is just a photographic studio :) but noo, you don't really need to go to a photographic studio, a modelling agency, would pay for you.

It was really good you have alot of fun ALOT of the time ur sitting down waiting for the other person to finish their photos but the people are really nice & but im warning you now bring alota money its really expensive specialy if you want da full porfolio they do what they say they do they give you agency numbers & then you have to wait to get accepted.. & oo i saw your coment im from Ireland 2 btw da quickest way 2 geh der iz bii taxi wen u geh 2 london gud luck have fun :)

I don't no what to do either! I'm living in Ireland and have an appointment in 2 weeks in London at the blue rooms. I've already booked my flight too. Very little people are saying they got anything out of this and i'm thinking surely if a modelling agency thought you had what it took they wouldn't turn you away because you didn't have a portfolio?

i went on bluerooms and paid 500 pounds for a portfolio and havn't got anywhere :S my mam thinks it's a scam....

I have my appointment soon but im like freaking out i dont want to buy all the photos i only want like two photos can i do that cause i see alot of people complaining & thats making me even more nervous someone PLEASE write back :/ x

i did this and now i am on a 4 year modeling contract from my portpholio so it is not a scam believe me i am only 14 :D
