fast does not always cut it. Suenaga was drifting fast and first , but it is about control

its harder to drift backwards than it is to have an 80 mph entry speed. The fd has a lot of grip and can drift at a high rate of speed. The lead car sets the pace and drifting is about car control. If you can only run fast and not adapt, you wreck. He could have passed but did not have position and was never close to the clipping point. Suenaga should also know that koguchi does that move at that corner.

Dude in the 240 said FUUUCKK THAT SHIT im gettin massive angle after what he just did to me.
-
Koguchi more than likely did that purposely. Luke Fink does this maneuver quite frequently. And uses it during competition.

Suenaga was just trying to avoid crashing because the other guy was about to spin out, not really his fault.

Nice save yes, if it were a solo run..but he lost A LOT of speed & momentum, I feel bad for Suenaga :(
