The worst ever, only call if you are in a shitty mood or had the worst ever day so they can't ruin it. They only exist to extract more money out of you and they know they sale shiny junk that lights up. The meter is running too. You get 30 days to get a refund and they are trained to run out the clock so you are stuck with crappy equipment. Complain to the TX State Attorney General. Put every experience on file, so change can occur. Dell takes your money without using a gun, a straight jacking.

Why is it every single time I call up these assholes (Dell) I am transferred to about 3 - 4 people before I get the person that can help me? I will never buy another dell, ever.

I agree Dell for I had a good experience within the old days in 2004. I do agree the quality of the Dell these days is not as good as it use to be. Saddens from the quality of the Dell these days I have a new company I trust. Acer, Asus and Lenovo. Had a good time Dell but lately the quality sucks.

That is so similar as what I have encountered. Dell is very bad over the years. The Indian reps are extremely impatient and they are very angry when I talk to them!

I will NEVER EVER buy Dell any more!
