lets not ignore rationality and common decency (just plain common sense really) for the dead, with respect to the grieving parties. when someone dies, who had worked their whole life to get those $2 million in assets, the family should be the ones who gets those assets, and then they can be taxed on their next endeavor with the IRS. what has this country stooped to? now we steal from the dead? .... and it's more than the top 1%, just fyi. and no. i don't have any relatives owning 2 mil in assets
