This Movie is one of the best war-movies ever made. I think it's not okay to call all the german soldiers "Nazi" coz...if you would understand ...you would see that many of them are not a Nazi. They're just soldiers in a war. But I think "Stalingrad" shows the brutality of this war and of the german army (Wehrmacht) in the ww2. And all the supid kids writing "Hail Hitler" and so on...go die! Hitler was a fuckin bastard who causes so much pain, death and suffer.

The unfortunate reality is that in the end, the entire Eastern Front is just one big Evil VS Evil conflict. Both sides committed unspeakable atrocities against one another and on their own. The Nazis are bad, full stop, but the only moral high-ground the Soviets ever had was that they were invaded first. They would had done the same things as the Nazis did if they invaded. And hell, its better they didn't because they might actually WIN.

We really should be grateful Hitler beat Stalin to it.

Thanks for this video and this film. Father of my grandma was fallen in Ukrain, near Kyev. He was german soldier, but no nazi... He was only father of family. (I am sorry for my english..)

@CptCottonfield I shall respect your opinion. I shall also respect that you think Stalin was a terrile man. Simply because he was. But think about WW II in an alternative way. The allies lost and the Axis won. Hitler would kill all possible jews and homosexuals. And anyone who was not a part of the perfect race (Germans and Austrians) would be treated worse. He was deffantly worse than Stalin.

@outsider81205 I fear its one more thing worse than Hitler. It happened in 1945. The atomic bomb. Tough it does not seem to be giving such a big effect now, there might allways come a WW III. And i dont want to name weapon number 1 on the list...

If only hitler had let Romel (cant spell his name) and not of attacked the russians Germany might of won the war! Not saying this in a good way lol its luky that Hitler made these mistakes. My dad has read many books on Stalingrad and he says they all got somthing in common "Chilly". He said from reading them alot of Germans simply froze to death since they thought they could win in the summer but it didnt quite happen like that

My grandfather fought in the Wehrmacht against the Russians in WWII. He still has a scar on his head, coused by a scarpnel near the end of the war. But he wasn't a nazi, I swear! He had no problems with jews. He went to Russia to fight against the communism!
