@evanhobbs There's different levels of elimination. Some are stricter than others.

I try to follow this diet. I'm not super strict with it but I have reduced those items a lot compared to what I used to eat.

@thintopia that's great! Try to work towards completely eliminating them for several days and see what happens.

This isn't really an elimination diet in the traditional sense since it is still allowing dairy products (yogurt, butter) and gluten (oats, corn)...
