well me and my buddy cody been liftin so we wanted to try to drink raw egg, he did his before i did mine, and well.... yeah it just turned out bad...... oh and sorry for the cussing, i guess thats what happens when you try to drink something disgusting

I'm no bodybuilder and I used to swallow 2 raw eggs every morning for a few weeks then got sick of it. Plus you can get really sick from it w/ Solminella poisoning. It's really no big deal though, they just "drop" right down your throat if you tilt your head back. Guess you had a strong gag relax or something, nice try though.

no what happened was when i went to swallow they yolk it went back in my mouth, and the taste was just sick as aids

Yeah it's nit too easy the first few times ya try, I can slam em these days though, lol I love when the yolk pops and you can feel it squirt haha, I threw up many times before I got the hanflg of it
