My friend and I are both from Hong Kong and made this video when we were in grade 12 for our world issues class. Our project was to make video based on an issue apparent in our society. Thanks for your support!

Wow, all you've done here is make sweeping and stereotype ridden generalizations about The Cultures (there is a different one for every region and in some cases every state) of the USA. I'm tired of people making making their minds up about us based off entertainment and crap food. That said, American media conglomerates do have too much sway and deny both us and international audiences any real choices. the world is americanizing because it is what the people want. you are seriously mistaken if you believe the world would be better off living in grass huts hunting for unsanitary food. i can understand your feelings for the native traditions and such, but that is all they are. the only thing i believe you should hold sacred is your religion....everything else, such as language and customs are just things that die off over time. it's sad, but true (and it is not because of america).

¿Quien estableció el ingles como lengua mundial? Sin duda no se estableció de manera democrática. Aquellos que tengan como lengua madre el ingles estarán en una ventaja inalcanzable, nosotros tendremos que gastar tiempo y dinero en aprender esa lengua, eso ya nos deja un paso atrás de los "anglos" sean de USA o UK.
