Charice was greeted with great enthusiasm by Torontonians. This is Charice's first visit in Toronto. I was so happy that I get to see Charice and I was crying when she started to come in escorted by security, her mom racq, and her manager marc, from the 4th level then down through the elevator to the 2nd Level where her stage was set up, across Swarovski store - how cool was that. I had tears coming out of my eyes and have to control myself otherwise I would not have been able to take this video and see with a clear view. I was such a suck for crying; I didn't even know why I was crying. I hardly knew Charice but her songs and her singing have made me feel she's part of me and seeing her in person was sort of overwhelming for me emotionally. That is probably what the magic is all about with Charice. The stage was having a sound system problem. CHUM FM and Indigo did not expect a great crowd turnout for Charice's first promotion tour in Toronto. They said this has broken their records. I heard Indigo and CHUM have forecasted 500 people, but the actual was more likely 4000 to 5000 people. See Part 2.b for continuation.

  • who is charice?

  • @1988scottcarey Charice is the new international singing sensation from the Philippines, discovered through you tube. Oprah called her the most talentend kid in the world. David Foster has been mentoring her for two years now. She has a new album that came out May 11; go check out Charice CHUM FM for the their interview of Charice Jun 4th and her live delivery of the song Pyramid.

  • @1988scottcarey Charice is only 18 years old by the way.

  • Bing hi!...do you have video during the signing at Indigo?

  • @estrel2894 no sorry i didn't think of taking one, i should from the escalator. i was behaving nicely this time around and by the time they open the signing the line was going fast and the pic i took of charice from my line was blurry.

  • grabe namang mga hiyaw yan, kala ko may kinatay na mga baboy..hehehe!

  • @bingdoctura .>..aHha waaAHhhhh what scream

    hahahaha u make me laugh..

  • @iceqube29 - the real reason is because the eaton centre did not expect thousands would come. they thought only 500 or less would show up.... had they known, they could have made it better. thats why korea, thailand and other future events prepared well for charice's arrival. the world is beginning to realize that charice is now a big international star,

  • @gepolane1 - yes the first time in the history of the mall that thousands of screaming fans came to see charice. it is very impressive. the mall expected 500 to come and they were taken by surprise when 6,000 plus came!

  • @starmometer111 - eaton centre cannot contain a million people, pls do not exaggerate. yes hundreds do come to the mall every week but they are scattered all over the floors and into different stores. but this is the first time in the history of the mall that thousands of screaming people had come to see and watch a performing artist. they were not shoppers. shoppers dont scream and converge in one place. next time pls set your records straight, before you make a reply to any comment.

  • @zendo09 best of luck to ya...
