Beautiful visuals. My dad always thought of Rudy Vallee as a college band, what with all the fraternity house music (Dad was Sigma Alpha Epsilon, the "swig alfs"). But by 1932, Vallee was big time. In later years, he changed the name of his Hollywood cul-du-sac street to "Rue de Valleee", which I thought was amusing.
