Last Man Standing from the DVD Live at the Fleece available from www.voiceprint.co.uk
Spear of Destiny were formed in 1983 following the disbanding of Kirk Brando's previous band Theatre of Hate. Theatre Of hate had enjoyed  success in Europe and the UK and released a  number of successful albums including the Mick Jones(The Clash) produced Westworld which in turn spawned the top forty UK hit Do You Believe In The Westworld. Spear of Destiny enjoyed far wider success that Theatre Of Hate and were able to cast their collective net as far afield as America. The band enjoyed a number of hit singles including Never Take Me Alive and critically well received and commercially successful albums such as Grapes of Wrath and Outland. Spear of Destiny still continue to this day under the leadership of Kirk Brandon and continue to play concerts across the world. Spear of Destiny and Kirk Brandon still retain a large and dedicated following and this release will certainly be much anticipated by the large fan base.

  • Great piece of music by a guy who is and always has been an awesome live performer. Oh and totally under rated throughout his career.

  • I heard after Spear broke up Kirk was driving a cab in Brighton

  • It is from the album Loadestone. I guess the way to get it is from Kirks own website.
