He trying his best that he decided to win the last election with 99%+ -- followed by arresting peacefull opposition and journalists with terorism charges. If his own rules were applied Meles should have been charged ith terrorism for his participation in the insurgency to overthrow fellow fascist dictator, mengistu -- while murdering untold number of forcifully recruited young Ethiopians -barely in their teens
