    in such a case you should analyze their code files separately - that is if you want a separate estimation of each (which will indeed be more accurate). If you measure them as a team you can simply enter their average hourly cost, in your example it's (x+y)/2.

    In case you're estimating development costs effectiveness of an outsourcing offer (ProjectCodeMeter is good for that too) then enter the market hourly rate of a programmer with skills for that kind of task.

  • Hahaha, so 200$ per hour. What if you have two developers, a senior and a junior and you pay the senior x$/hour and y$/hour to the junior partner. Let's say x != y.
