1st of all I admit I have not gone through and read all of these comments. I have,however, watched part 1 and 2. Okay- she and her mother took money from the city without permission. The city wants it back. She acts like a DAMN FOOL! ANd because there are white ppl present its racial?????? HOW DO YOU PLAY THE RACE CARD WITH STATEMENTS LIKE "all these racists black niggers up in here are doing me wrong" (part 2 for those wondering). THiS CRAP MAKES ME SOOO MAD! I'm sick of race being a factor.

apparently she is now running for state Senate. That vid is also on YouTube. It is truly disheartening to see an adult, educated person, behave in this way. Sure hormonal issues arise with pregnancy, but his was such an ugly display of immaturity. Whether she had or had not done anything wrong, she should have stood erect, as a dignified woman, and walked out of the meeting as asked. What good did this temper tantrum do and what purpose did it serve? Should pay up and get over it.

As a former resident of the Delta, I will say this: As embarrassing as this is, it is something that entitled white good ole boys have been doing forever. This is no way a new thing in terms of Delta politics. It's just that the black men and women who are now holding positions of power are learning some of what they do from the whites who did it first. Anyone who screams otherwise is either ill-informed or in the usual set of denial that good ole boys are used to.

Wait, according to the report Mala Brooks also took this tape and made copies of it. Why would she make copies and give them to people!? Did she honestly believe that there would be anyone out there that would sympathize with her. I can't stand people like her. She makes every black person look like whiny crybabies.
