I don't understand. By that first tumbling it is B+B+E+B = 0.8 but isn't a B skill 0.2?

In that code, only the 10 most difficult elements are valuated in the A score.
So, she uses only the stretched salto (E=0.5) + the connection bonus (+0.3) in this sequence, because there are other 9elements in this series wich are more difficult than "B".

And why does she those B skills if the judges don't count them? Is it for the connection bonus?

And without them she couldnt do that high stretched salto. Flic flac is a good element to get height.
