This fight is actually quite fun once you realise that in certain points you must NOT block or you take damage. Basically: his first punch does no damage, but if you block it... following punches do.(NOTE: If you are hit against the wall with the no-damage-punch you will take damage so try always to fight back against center of the arena)
You can initiate his punching sequence just by attacking him at close range.

His ramming move is one hit kill so you must either do flying swallow towards him or away from him.

Does that work on the 2nd fight with Volf? I see you also took some damage, but I'm sure thats just because you messed up. It's hard to be perfect in this game. In team missions, i downloaded a video to see how 2 people beat him. 1 person got in front of him, the other got behind him. One person would hit him, then the other person would hit him. You just see Volf turning back and forth. I don't think they got hit at all or much. It was nice to watch.
