Hockanum River Race 199? - Part 2

Every year, early in April (the first weekend?), there is a race from Vernon, CT to East Hartford, Connecticut. I live on the southern bank of this river at the Manchester/East Hartford town line.
In 199?, I set up a video camera and filmed the racers, as they approached the last turn. I think that this was filmed somewhere between 1994 and 1997, but I might be wrong.
