How to get your lost/deleted apps back on iPhone / iPod Touch

If you lost the apps while updating your iPhone/iPod Touch to iOS5, this video could help you recover them!

@VjHugs1236, I think, yes. You'd probably still have your highest score if you already installed the game on your iPhone/iPod Touch.

@ultimatehood99, I don't know how to retrieve old contacts...sorry. Always back-up your contacts, apps, and everything on iTunes, just in a case you lose 'em.

@titanic2thesurface you should've backed up 'em first. If you owned iTunes account, it should have saved your music/apps on any laptop.

Another method is to go to Finder, then to "Username"/Music/iTunes/iTunes­_Media/Mobile_Applications and there should be your iTunes deleted apps, now copy and paste them to your iTunes library.
