The concepts in this book were instrumental in helping me to get my first business on track, my web design boutique Lou Studios back in 2005. When I first started, my first goal was to get new clients. But as I got new clients, I started to drown in all the "other stuff" that goes into business -- the visioning, pro-actively seeking new industries and clients, the administration and billing, corporate paperwork and ledger keeping.

It wasn't until I learned about the three distinct roles of Entrepreneur, Manager, and Technician, and started to divide my time in three distinct chunks and hire people to help me with the types of work that slowed me down that my business started to grow again, and the creative process was fun again.
