When I load the game the screen just stays black doesn't do anything what do I do?

My problem is when I try to load the game, I'm trying to do it with kingdom Hearts: Birth by Sleap, and it keeps saying it detects a 'Prometheus Loader, and won't open it, but I don't know where that came from. Help, I relly want to play it. I won't be on durring weeks, so if anyone has any ideas, please send a mesage, thanks.
