www.FullPotential.com Tips by James Rick ~ The best way to do this exercise is to have a partner, close your eyes and just describe what you're seeing no matter what you're seeing. Just say whatever comes into your mind, whatever you can see. Watch as images transform. This exercise is not only a great 'date' activity - but it can also lead to greater awareness.

  • this video doesn't really get into the benefits of image streaming or the need for the individual to describe the imagery with as much detail as possible, incorporating all the senses-never editing. This was originally pioneered by Win Wagner, I'd suggest reading "The Eistein Factor".the best book I've EVER read

  • why would you want to see random things all the time? seems distracting; ,and how do you go to sleep if your always seeing images with your eyes closed? for those of you who are good at this.

  • So... Zee96969696 any result yet after image streaming for 1 hour like the complete guide to genius?I also downloaded the ebook.

  • @The3nlightened0ne okaly docaly then

  • @Zee96969696

No 5 days a week. If you're referring to an ebook called "Guide to Genius," then no, I didnt follow that, but I just downloaded the book after you mentioned it here. So I'm trying to fit in some of those exercises within my daily schedule.

I heard about image streaming from my adv. functions teacher a long time ago back in high school.

Well, if you're persistent you'll definitely get there unlike people who complain and do nothing.

  • @The3nlightened0ne after 2 years of doing it for 2 hours every day it is 146? that is way too long, god damn it, but i guess that is better than nothing

  • @Zee96969696

    It's 146
