Adrian Smith (H), is one of the three brilliant guitarists in Iron Maiden. This is a tribute to him.
By the way, "H" is Adrians nick name. Why you ask? Use wikipedia or google to find out.

I like Adrian's playing, I have since the early 80's, but someone said the band could do without any one of the 3 guitarists. I disagree with that. If Dave ever left, they should quit. He is Maiden's sound, imo. Btw, no disrespect to Janick, but Murray and Smith handled things pretty well in the 80's, just the two of them.

there would be no maiden with out all three i do like the older maiden with murray and smith but three lead guitarists is the shit i love them all they are the best metal band in the world bar none i saw them at blossom music center cuyahoga falls ohio for the first time i was about 16 rows back totaly taken back they rock caught drum head with nicko s and bruces autograph UP THE IRONS!!!!!!!!!!!!

I think Dave is the best of them, while Janick is the worst. But being the worst player in the best band in the world is a dream job for 98% of us, give or take a couple % :p
In any case, while Janick may be slightly less technically proficient than Dave or Adrian, he has a great stage presence.
Iron Maiden could do without any one of the three, as any two of them are more than capable enough to make the band sound great... but why should they? It's not like they can't afford the paycheck :p

Out of the 3 guitarists, none are better than the other, they are all equal, Janick and Adrian cannot play like Dave, Dave and Janick can't play like Adrian, and Adrian and Dave cannot play like Janick, thats why they are all 3 unique and no one can beat them.
