Super happy with that box squat PR. I re-strained my adductor 5 days before this while warming up to box squat. I got it healed up quick and decided to throw it in this day instead of DE squat work. It'll be nice to train across 4 days next week so we don't have to cram this into one 2 hour marathon workout.
