  • Great to see someone post a video with a harpsichord on YouTube. I'm perfecting this piece on the piano and have all my dynamics to give it expression. Very enlightening to hear how it sounds on the original instrument! Thankyou.

  • I liked this guy's interpretation. He 'slowed' down at certain spots which gave it more feeling than some of the other ones I've heard. Good job! BTY, loved the harpsichord!

  • i'm learning this one on Pipe organ to use for a concert, and i find it's effective to use each manual on a seperate sound to give it more distinction in each part, i haven't has the chance on a two manual harpsichord to find out whether the sound is different on each, but fantastic playing!

  • I lve this invention. Where did you get the harpsichord.

  • everywhere

  • i just jizzed

  • A nice performance on a harpsichord. Always like to hear different versions of the same piece.

Bar #15 the first 3 notes after the 16th rest were played F-Ab-F. Found some editions printed with Ab while others with A. Heard some performances done with A and others with Ab (about equally split).

Bar #18: after the 8x16th E-A-C-B-E-B-D you come to 4x8th notes C-A-G#-E going down the scale on my score. Here it was played as C-E-G#-E like the first bar in the beginning. Still works...

  • @ahgblopes

    The correct is C A G# E (down) A

  • the notes at 53 are wrong..

  • @musiclover63 Really it's like transported to G# minor.

  • @musiclover63 What temperament? Just curious.
