Its depends on the subject of the sentence, but as a Country, its more correct to say "it".

And not everyone knows that, it's what egyptians think, and try to convice people.

I love egypt so much, it's a beautiful country with the most beautiful people, i am not throwing my slogans out, i am just proud of who i am :)
