Great points to commit to action. As an introvert myself, I can see where putting into practice some your guidelines can be of a great deal of help. I agree that introverts probably just have to work a little harder and practice at the social skills that seem to come so easily to others. Another great source for free networking tips is:

I'll be watching your videos, I'm taking a summer sociology class and we are writing a term paper on Extrovert vs. Introvert and where we think we are.

Good video. I wanted to say that some introverts if not all need more that just a book or youtube videos to become successful in life. I feel that some of us might be introverts but have more issues to deal with at once. Maybe from the way we have been raised. I believe that I am an introvert by nature, but a lot of my issues come from the way I was raised (nurture) . I dream of organizations or college courses that can help every introvert in this world.

its all about releasing hurts and stuff that keep u from expressing urself freely, and letting go of momma! also its about taking control of ur life, and ur feelings and making urself happy and then u wont be calld *introvert* its just a label actually and an extrovert personality is normally someone who tries to overcome everyone else, a person needing to feel in control and power over other people because they have no power over themselfs :D hope sum1 inderstands :D

i never knew that. i'm trying to study for a test in my job seeking skills class, but i just can't focus on it, because its text is all from an etroverted perspective, and it's really frustrating. i think it's unfair that the workplace cares more about how social you are, rather than the talents you have. it's also unfair that extroverts don't see how actually effective we introverts can be.

Why did the video stop at 2:48?

thank you for making these videos. i've found trying to be extroverted to be very frustrating, because i'm an introvert myself, too.

@spamflux for whatever reason I never saw the content of your email or else I forgot about it because it was so judgementai. I here to debunk negative introvert myths, and am not (at least intentionally) judging either introvert or extrovert as better than the others.
Im an INTJ too. According to a test 100% introverted. Yet people nowadays call me very social, in elementary school they thought I was autistic, but now they doubt that diagnosis. I simply didn´t care much about socializing in elementary school (that changed later).

I am an introvert. I'm quite sure I'm an INTP.

Why would someone rate this a bad comment? Curious.
