The following is a video of Courtney Upshaw's 2010 season in which TMB broke down three of his games (South Carolina, Auburn and Michigan State).

No copyright is meant to be infringed upon and the footage is credited to CBS, Auburn's Radio Network and ESPN/ABC.

Upshaw is #41 and plays all over for the Crimson Tide's defense. I understand some highlighting may be spotty as it is difficult when Alabama plays more than four guys on the defensive line and also when they are late adjusting to the play. My apologies for that but really nothing I could do to alleviate that issue.

I am surprised that Upshaw was not named pre season all american. He is clearly a first round draft pic in the next draft.

Yeah certainly a little surprising although injury issues plagued him which I am sure played a factor in that. Florida, Auburn and Michigan State were the only games he was 100% and those games were night and day from the South Carolina game where he struggled. Just has to stay healthy.

The only problem I have with this video is when Courtney is cut blocked, it's listed as a negative. On those plays, he does slow down; which is what a cut block is supposed to accomplish. He also sheds of that block and continues on the play.

He is a very good Tackle, the entire Oline from 2010 on AU's team was very experienced and very good. Upshaw in 2011 was better than 2010 version, he had a better work ethic and was injury magnet. I like him going to the Ravens :)

I can't tell if the OT's are pretty good matches, or if he just needs to work on his technique. I don't see too many swim/rips or spins off the line. Strength alone, he generates good pressure but an NFL linesman will lock him up in the pads if he doesn't improve his evasiveness

I was fairly impressed...by Brandon Mosley #75 Auburn RT!

I thought he dominated Alabama in these highlights.

I like how he finishes his pulling block at 3:41.

i don`t know, i think Dallas should pass on Upshaw, i don`t think Dallas should get him, from these stats i am seeing is that he can`t put pressure on the QB like Demarcus Ware can, i say ethier someone on the dline with the 14th pick and get Ronnell Lewis in round 2 because Ronnell Lewis (OLB OAKLAHOMA) , can get to the QB

BUT sports analysts have the chargers taking Whitney Mercilus at 18 which I think is actually a better pick than Upshaw, I'm not a big Upshaw fan. Mercilus led the nation in forced fumbles along with recording a solid amount of sacks.
