MY PREDICTION: The outcome of the kiss will be very awkward, but both felt something. Blair will then go back to Chuck or Prince Louis in the meantime fighting her feelings for Dan until the final episode where she will dump whoever she is with and go running back to Dan with the most passionate kiss ever...and thats the finale!
