  • works on a haf x? also what would you say i could oc a 2600k with this

  • @fizzlefofizzle It will fit a HAFX yes. And how far you can push a 2600K will depend on YOUR cpu.

  • Got a question for you tom , I have an i5 2500k that seems to be a fairly bad chip , It needs 1.4V just to reach 4.5Ghz and was wondering if the H100 would managed to keep the temps under about 75c , I like the NH-D14 but im not to keen on letting something so heavy hang of the side of my MB , Using a fairly bad Dark Rock Pro! Advanced CPU cooler atm but its on the scary side of 80c when i let prime run for a few hours.

  • @jasontvnd Ive not tested it on a 2500k but you can guage it by looking at the difference intemps between the tests Ive done on my CPU :)

  • Does the h100 fit in the top of an Haf 922 if it has 4 120mm fans ob it?

  • @Satur0z no mate. and the screw holes wont line up on both fans in the roof either.

  • Tom try HOLD the button to change the speeds. it will remove the autotomated controler and cause the fans to be running at max capacity. pressing the button again will bring it back to the 3 speeds. Though its so frikin loud.. Thumbs up so he sees this ;P

  • hi I'm going back into liquid cooling after seeing this video in out of curiosity what type of liquid cooling unit could you build or buy for US$300. Thank you and please respond

  • New form of torture, Lock somebody in this room and make them watch this ENTIRE VIDEO.

Thanks for vid really helpful but did kinda drag on

  • @MrLoooooooo You're probably gonna have to RMA it :(

  • Thanks man :) super helpful.

  • HELP!!!!

My H100s is not functioning properly. It was all fine then suddenly the fan started acting weird. It goes to max/low/max/low at 6 second intervals! The LED on the Heat sink is broken.

  • I bought the H100 as a result of your review, I have i7 930 overcloked to 4Ghz (20*200) 1.328 vcore, after 5 hours on prim ime getting max temps of 68 celcius. I have it in a Coolermaster COSMOS S case, thinking of getting Noctua fans for the rad to keep the noise down. Excellent review as per usual

  • Anyone had any experience putting one of these in a Silverstone RV02? Is it worth it taking 2 of the bottom fans out to fit the radiator?

  • noctua nh-u12p with 2500k at 4.5ghz 1.35v with a 43 degree delta.... and only using one fan on the heatsink.... i think that is pretty good...?

  • @jasontvnd 1.4v? You know sometimes it's not always just 'change the multi, change the voltage'.. There are other settings in your BIOS you can change to help this.. PLL, Vdroop, making sure your RAM runs in spec, etc etc.. 1.4v is a lot for 4.5ghz.. Especially for a 2500K.

  • @therealpro123

These Corsair H-Series units are pre-filled and maintenance free, so you unbox them, pop them in your system and you're good to go!

  • I've never been a person who would use water cooling and I don't know much about it. But does this pump already have coolant inside? and is there any maintenance? cheers
