I worked as an industrial appraiser for the Oregon Department of Revenue for 17 years, and understand firsthand why many of the businesses that I appraised have since left Oregon. Until you have tried doing business in Oregon, particularly manufacturing, it is difficult to realize how difficult and expensive our state regulations have made it.

Dear CD Hooley,
if what you have been lead to believe was trut, I would certainly support M 66 & 67. As it is, Oregon is being ruthlessly blackmailed by unscrupulous politicians.
