  • Ingegnoso.....ma non ha la più pallida idea di cosa sia una pizza.....:-).....comunque.....bravo giovanin!

  • @PatologoForestale Huh????

  • @PatologoForestale

Just did pizza on my Weber 320 this weekend...mmmmm! It doesn't look like it will work, but was delicious.

As far as the "rude" comment---...my brother has 3 daughters and they constantly ride one another verbally just like this. Their house is always so lively and fun...its done in love and no feelings get hurt. There aren't many families closer and more loving than them...so don't be so offended by this...

  • @azrichter BTW, I forgot to mention a tip...if the fire is too hot and the crust starts to char too much for you before the cheese melts, you can take the pizzas off the grill and slip them under the broiler for a minute or so. Maybe that's cheating, but it can save dinner a time or two until you get the heat just right on the grill.

  • @azrichter Yep..we do that too. Thx.

  • @azrichter Thanks for the kind comments.

  • @w5442 Thank you for the info!

  • Oh, mozzarella di bufala is a good one for pizza margarita, or if using a dehydrated mozzarella a swirl of olive oil before the firing makes all the difference in the world. Side note: pepperoni is an oily american thing. The real deal is called salami picante(a must have)... I know I sound pretentious right now, but I dont mean to. These are just things I learned in Naples that left me feeling schooled.. You helped me so much last year. I wanted to share the wealth!

  • @BBQMyWay I grew up in a very very sarcastic family as well... I loved it.... everyone got to say what they really meant without any hard feelings... not to mention it gave us a closeness... A lot of people just dont get it..... But hey whatever... I would go crazy in the beave's house!!

  • @Sykokinesis Yes...depends on the heat. I let the coals burn down a bit to cool off. Otherwise the crust burns before the cheese melts all the way. I would say around 5 to 7 minutes.
