part 2 of my folkumentry, just like to point out that this is nothing personal against the cleaners, clearly they thought that security had authority over them, white man telling black man what to do, has anything moved on in the last 100 years?

if i was in the outside area of that cafe and a cleaner put that machine on with witnesses that he just left it on the ground and was not operating it in a safe and responsible manner in which the tool was designed for then i would be going mental and wouldnt want to but id be after his job and telling the cafe owner hes lost a customer from the actions of idiots

yes call the police next time and have them arrested just as Ruud said below, for a start leaf blowers need ear protection and should not be used in public with so many people around. Ask him if he has public liability insurance.

The cleaners are breaking the law, namely Section 5 of the Public Order Act. They are causing Harasment, distress or alarm to an individual. I would have called the police
