A brave father to speak out so clearly.
Herman Goering summed it up:
"Why of course the people don't want war. Naturally the common people don't want war. Voice or no voice, the people can always be brought to the bidding of the leaders. That is easy. All you have to do is tell them they are being attacked, and denounce the peacemakers for lack of patriotism and exposing the country to danger. It works the same in any country."

What angers me is knowing that our children's children must bear the blow back from the careless and senseless actions of this Administration with the cooperation of Congress.

This is a courageous man who is honoring his son by speaking out against the war in Iraq. He was very eloquent on Saturday, October 27th, when he told the story of his son's service in Iraq, at the End the War Now rally in Oklahoma City. It is time that Congress and this administration listen to the majority of Americans who want to end the war and bring the troops home now.
