Hello, Thank you for the interest. I am not sure. I'm pretty busy at the moment helping athletes with video and coaching a few young athletes. If I get time I will search for you.

  • Wow thanks for putting this up. I also do track and field ( High jump. Long jump and triple jump). I had a small idea of what the hammer throwers for training..I learned a lot from this clip. *No intention of becoming a thrower...Happy doing the jumps)

  • Hello,

Yes a very interesting clip but not the usual sort of training for the hammer.

  • @akca1991 They are just hammers with the wire looped around the bar or his belt and then back through the swivel of the hammer as far as I can tell.

  • He is the world champion of men's hammer throw !

  • @akca1991 Those "weight balls" are hammerheads. Try your local track & field equipment dealer.

  • @viciogames

I would work as a deckhand for him =D

  • he would be a good fisherman

  • @donalkenn Thank you very much... My season is almost done and i have been throwing close to two years now so my throw is pretty firm..but i wanna build my foundation up from the bottom..and koji has the most genius ways of doing this.
