Team WorldVision: A Helping Hand for Haiti

Our team will be running the Midsouth Marathon in Wynne, AR on November 5, 2011 to benefit the Haiti relief efforts by World Vision. 50% of funds donated will go towards providing necessary short-term relief, such as food, medical care, shelter, etc. The other 50% will go towards long-term sustainability programs, such as providing supplies and vocational training for Haitian farmers and doctors. In this way, both short term and long term needs in Haiti will be met. Our goal is to raise $26,200 by the date of the race.
