Fredrik Schenholm woke up one day with a great idea, lets sail to the worlds most northern active vulcano and ski down from the top of Beerenberg 2277 m! All in all a great idea. However, as our Icelandic skipper Siggi pointed out these waters at this time of the year (1-10th of April) can get very rough with a 60 foot sailingboat. Unfortunatly all Fredrik heard was: So you are saying there is a chance!, Active volcano!, Skiing!. He would pay for his selective hearing later... and so would we (Gustav Kågesten, Johan Mattsson, Martin Letzter, Maria Österlind, Oscar Hübinette, Per Edström and the Captains assistant Runar), excited by the selected information Fredrik past on to us - great sailing adventure!, wales!, snow!, a beatiful volcano!, great wilderness!
Nothing about screaming storms and constantly feeling seasick for a looong time... Not to speak about the 3 days with good weather per year statistics.
Enjoy the trailer, with luck there will be a movie coming this fall to make you feel really good when you sit at home drinking a warm cup of tea
