This was a video project that my friends and I made for our class, Food and Society: Exploring Eating Behaviors in a Social, Environmental and Policy Context (HumBio 166). It's a wonderful and thought-provoking class taught at Stanford by Professor Christopher Gardner, Professor Thomas Robinson, and Jennifer Otten.
Our video focuses on the merits of eating seasonally and encourages people to seek out what is in season in their neighborhoods. To find out what is in season in the San Francisco Bay Area, our group recommends checking out: http://www.cuesa.org/seasonality
We hope that you enjoy our video and feel free to pass it along to your friends and family! Help us spread the message of eating seasonally!!
