When you look at Batemans card its fair to say he has gained something very impressive.
You can tell it's been hand stitched, much like Allens card. The big difference being the way Allens is printed on, whereas batemans is done using premium card and it looks like foil lettering to me.
Certainly judging by the watermark on Allens i would say he spent a hell of alot of money on getting it done.
I myself prefer Luis' card later in the film, Bryces as it too exotic for me.

Me being a yuppie myself i understand what Bateman is going through when comparing cards and suits and ralph lauren sunglasses.
Certainly i have made many jokes about killing people who have better cards than me, but i have never plucked up the courage to do it

In my opinion it's far more shallow now than it was during the 80's. Heck even MTV was great in the 80's.
