they couldn't afford him, that and he said before he wanted to play for a team that had a shot at the playoffs immediately. behind the scenes Tex was a money gruber which is why I never really liked him

I dont think Kotchman will ever see 50 homers.....but being a better hitter, a lot of players are a better hitter than Andruw, even when he did hit 50 homers. I just dont know why the Braves didnt keep Teixera....I thought he was going to be the future.

I think Kotchman is going to end up being a better hitter than andruw has turned into now. I really hate that andruw has fallen so sharply, I was always a big fan of his.
