I will never go back to MAC wipes again! Vaseline is cheaper, conditions lashes, doesn't sting, and removes makeup SO well!!! I think I have found my HG eye makeup remover... YAY!!!

Before anyone asks... after I remove my eye makeup like I did in the vid, I proceed to wash my face with Angels on Bare Skin by LUSH and then, I tone my face with Tea Tree Toner also by LUSH. I am loving this night time skin care routine!!!

Don't have vaseline? Try baby oil or olive oil!

what waterproof mascara are you wearing? i have CG's h2O-proof lashblast and it's always a pain trying to take it off.

i'm using diorshow waterproof black mascara and it comes off no prob with the vaseline! i know how waterproof mascaras can be a pain to remove! i tried the sephora brand waterproof makeup remover and it sucked! this works much better for me!

Does rubbing ur eye like that not pull? I'm always wary of rubbing my eyes hard?

not really, i rub my eyes just as hard as i would with MAC wipes, lol! you could be a bit more gentle and the makeup would still come off just as easily! and i just found out that there r people who have been removing their eye makeup like this for 30+ yrs!!!

I grew up with my mom always using Vaseline to take off her makeup and she always told me I should, but when I was a teenager I had bad acne, and the Vaseline definitely made me break out more. So it depends on your skin. If you are sensitive to breakouts, I wouldn't recommend it. I am older now (in my mid 20s) and use it everyday and it doesn't clog my pores at all. But I no longer suffer from acne anymore
