Ciara celebrated her 25th Birthday / Halloween Costume Party dressed as Storm from X-men in a custom designed costume at HAZE Nightclub in Las Vegas on October 29th, 2010. She performed " Goodies " and her new single " Gimmie That " La La Vasquez her bff was there to support her. She was presented a princess crown birthday cake that night. She plugs her new album " Basic Instinct " as well.
