You can use Top Spin to kill those turtles as well, and as someone already mentioned the Top Spin works wonders on the Megaman Clones, however Search Snake is probably a smarter option. Also, if you're running low on Rush Jet for whatever reason, Hard Knuckle can be aimed just right to hit Wily's second form for huge damage.
Of course all the stuff you did here works the same, but hey, the great thing about Mega Man is all the options you have.

the password system was too weak. easy crack to get energy tanks and any bosses you wanted defeated

Finally someone used top spin for the kill seen so many vids where they use snake man instead of top spin.

For the fisrt one I stant right below him and throw him some shadow blades. For Dr. Wily y use RJ so I can be right above him, then I use the Top Spin (like you did) and throw myself to him!
