  • NO, we have brain, we chose! by your logic we have sharp teeth we should eat dogs, cats, ostriches, elephants, whales, and even humans... no wait some of us already do that!!!

  • Great video!

  • our jaw and teeth shape do not meter

because man kind has the unusual ability to make tools we are skipping evolution by making the tools we need which mean we don't have to grow sharp teeth or anything like that

  • @Mekelsior You're a nutbag .

  • @dylan111291 The food pyramid have been changing pretty much on an annual basis, it is also based on flawed science, funded by meat and dairy industry who have a vested interest in promoting the eating of flesh foods. You can however get a perfectly fine pyramid if you want, 4 types. 1: Grains, 2; Legumes, 3: Veggies, 4: Fruits/nuts/seeds. Personally I have experienced that fruit is far superior as energy source and I have a great time on just fruit. =)

  • @dylan111291 @dylan111291 It is also not advisable to generalize "Nutritionists agree that.. ect.." I would agree that "SOME" agree, but it is not concensus. Dr John McDougall, Dr Walter J. Veith, Jeff Novick, Dr Esselstyn, Dr Bernard, Dr Doug Graham, and many many others all agree that the best way of living is off a whole food, low fat, low protein, high carb, vegan diet, some even argue that the RAW vegan diet as described is far superior than any other alternative.

  • @dylan111291 Again, just do a google search here, a study was made and they discovered that 40% of the American public were deficient in B12, this is a different standard than Japan that sets the limit higher, so it is safe to conclude that meat eaters also are deficient. Personally, I was a meat eater and I was deficient, so then your argument that only animal produce can sustain a healthy living and in particular in regards to B12 is false.

  • @dylan111291 What did the animal eat, or the ant eat, in order to get those stored up nutriets? Just think about it for a moment, why go to a secondary source and in some cases even further up the food chain, where toxins accumulate, it is called bio magnification and it is not healthy. Why do I need to eat ants to get my protein when my body only needs 2.5% of total calories from both fat and proteins? (WHO)

  • @Mekelsior The cells in animal meat have stored up vitamins in them just like we store nutrients in our cells , so that's how you can get it. You can also get a super source of it from ants .

  • @Mekelsior What do you mean B-12 is missing in people who eat meat? Where's your proof ? Nutritionists agree that abstaining completely from meat poultry fish, dairy products and eggs is not good. While eating veggies is really healthy , just eating veggies is not. We have a food pyramid for a reason.
