Yes it is an Amphib, It can be road legal in the States as an ATV (This varies from state to state). In Ohio we can't use it on Motorways or on City streets but in the country it is legal if the road taxes are paid.

It's is 4wd true 4x4 using hydraulic drive and counter angle steering.
It's a motor that runs a hydraulic pump that turn the tires.

What i would like to see is at least 500lbs of cargo in the back section, and run around with that (not floating mind you).
I would like the results of stress on the pivot joints & seals.
Most videos do not have any cargo in the read box or they have a light person sitting in the back.
