*Update*
You can also use a 2 channel amp and have 2 subwoofers. I did this, and lowered my cost by $40. There are a number of ways, Im just finding the cheapest one.
The whole story behind me making a subwoofer system for my computer, started when the original subwoofer box i had made (if you want to check it out, its on my channel) puked on me after I had messed around on it. For some reason the reciever wouldn't work, or even get a power signal. I figured that this was the best time for me to actually build a nice subwoofer system for my computer, and later for my car (when I get one). So, for about a month, I had been looking all over for how I could do this. This included many hours on youtube, and other websites with video tutorials. I found out that most videos don't go into the nitty-gritty in actually wiring the subwoofer to the amp. Right now, I'm under the idea that you can not hook up a sub to an amp unless it is a 5 or mono channel amp. I might be wrong. So, I had pondered with the idea of using a car reciever, but figured out I wouldnt need one if I hook up my Sub to my computer, along with regular computer speakers. So, I finally decided that I would use the amp only for the subwoofer. Then wire RCA cables from the amps input, to my computers sub input on the back of the mother board. This seemed to be the cheapest way since I would not need to have a reciever nor car speakers and spending $20 on speaker wire. Then in buying the materials, I found the best stuff for the cheapest price. Sonic electronics seemed to be the best deal. Then, I had to tackle the power issue. I had seen the videos on how to power amps using a power supply for computers. It seemed a little dangerous, but after seeing it done on several occasions I decided to go for it. Here are the links to all the parts seen in the video, along with a tutorial on how to use your psu as a power source. This kid seemed to have the best detail on how to do it.

Now remember that I decided to use a cheaper sub at first, and make sure all your parts are compatable.
that song is no sub tester listen to some dubstep that tests them

@xboxgamerman not rly, I play dub on my 2000w car system and it now where near as loud as this. Dubstep doesnt hit the best frequencies for really loud deep bass. Its actually much high hz which makes it sound loud on a computer systems 2.1-5.1 setup

dude a cheap computer sub is a 2-5inch sub with watts of anywhere from 1-20watts and frequency range of 50hz-200hz
what you got there is a nice car audio sub with a amp over 100watts and a mdf wood enclosure when a cheap sub has a plastic enclosure
you have a nice subwoofer for a computer system lol
i didnt really catch things like your wattage and subwoofer size in inchs but at any rate it kicks a cheap computer subs ass in circles lol
