Nope, no chapped skin for him. I had to stop the video so he could be rinsed better, tough to do that all one handed. Thanks for being concerned though :)

We had to start bathing our mastiff in the yard with the hose. I wish we could train him to get in the tub willingly!

What a GOOD Bully! Mine is b. mastiff X Great Dane. I call him my Great Mastiff... but he would never be this good in the bath! Im impressed!

OMG what a obedient and cute dog! The only thing my dog does is jump around and splash the ones who are trying to clean him up- us... Lovely dog!

oh well...he may not be the most obedient of dogs, but he's not a wreck either. Some dog owners aren't interested in getting the most obedient dog, as long as they are not destroying things and being out of line.

u know u dont always have to praise him especially when he's doing nothing and when u tell him to sit, he doesn't. too much smothering makes u more of a loveable follower than a pack leader. and dogs dont listen to loveable followers. they listen and respect firm pack leaders only. I think u better watch abit of cesar millan's videos to know how to properly establish ur pack leader position. u seem to be doing things wrong, i can tell just from the praises and comments ur making.

You bathe him in your bathtube! My mom would never allow me to do this! We bathe our dog outside with a hose, but I guess you could bathe him in the guest bathroom, I am sure your guests would not mind.=-)
