    Primary adenocarcinomas of the vagina are uncommon, representing at the most 14% of all carcinomas at this

    site. Of note, < 20% of adenocarcinomas involving the vagina are primaries in this organ.

    In patients with a history of intrauterine DES exposure, adenocarcinomas of the vagina are of the clear cell type with a peak incidence around 20 years.

    Symptoms at presentation are not specific

  • is this primary? i mean the vagina doesnt even have glands!
